Frankrijk is momenteel de derde exportmarkt voor Nederlandse landbouwproducten. Ook is het een belangrijke exportmarkt voor hoogwaardige en duurzame producten, technologieën en kennis. De Franse overheid trekt de komende jaren € 2,8 miljard uit voor de bevordering van onder andere de digitalisering en robotisering van de Franse landbouw. Dit biedt kansen voor Nederlandse ondernemers die actief zijn in deze sector 

Voor wie?

Deelname aan deze handelsmissie is geschikt voor Nederlandse organisaties die:

• actief zijn in digitalisering en robotisering van de landbouw- en voedselproductie, waaronder robotica, fotonica, AI en data;
• technologieën, producten of services aanbieden die de ontwikkelingen in de landbouwsector versnellen of bestendigen;
• de Franse markt willen verkennen;
• al zakendoen in Frankrijk en willen uitbreiden, of willen starten met Frankrijk;
• zakenpartners zoeken in Frankrijk en/of bestaande contacten willen onderhouden.

The international business cooperation platform at the 46th edition of MIDEST 2016 will be organised by Reed Expositions France and Enterprise Europe Network-Luxembourg next to the Chamber of Commerce of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in close collaboration with the members of the European Business Support Network “Enterprise Europe Network” and many other professional organisations worldwide, with the aim to facilitate and further strengthen the development of bilateral trade amongst the subcontracting community in Europe and beyond.

Multisectorale handelsmissies voor deelnemers Starters International Business

Speciaal voor deelnemers aan het programma Starters International Business (SIB), wordt in de komende maanden een aantal multisectorale handelsmissies georganiseerd naar de buurlanden Duitsland, België, Frankrijk en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Niet toevallig zijn dit, in deze volgorde, de top vier exportmarkten voor Nederlandse producten, samen goed voor meer dan de helft van de totale Nederlandse uitvoer. De missies zijn bedoeld om met deze markten en hun wijze van zakendoen kennis te maken, maar ook om direct in contact te komen met voor de deelnemers relevante bedrijven en organisaties.

Programma:
Een belangrijk onderdeel van de handelsmissies wordt gevormd door de zogenaamde 'matchmaking'. Voor deelnemers worden, op basis van het bedrijfsprofiel en de specifieke wensen van de deelnemer, individuele afspraken gemaakt met potentiële klanten. Daarnaast worden netwerkevenementen georganiseerd en collectieve bezoeken gebracht aan relevante organisaties. Voorafgaand aan de missies vinden bijeenkomsten plaats om de deelnemers inhoudelijk voor te bereiden op de reis.

Organisatie:
De organisatie van de handelsmissies is door Agentschap NL uitbesteed aan organisaties met veel ervaring op dit gebied. Deze organisaties staan garant voor een goede, persoonlijke begeleiding van de deelnemers.

Deelname
Deelname staat open voor bedrijven die op dit moment
- een SIB-traject volgen,
- een SIB-traject hebben afgerond,
- of, na een positief intakegesprek met een SIB-adviseur, het traject gaan starten.

Per missie is plaats voor maximaal 15 personen.

De kosten van deelname bedragen 450 euro (excl. btw) per deelnemend bedrijf. Reis- en verblijfkosten en andere individuele kosten zijn voor eigen rekening.

Frankrijk: uitslag eerste Franse tender offshore wind bekend

De Franse overheid heeft bevestigd dat er tenders zijn toegewezen voor de bouw van nieuwe windmolenparken voor de Franse Noord-Westkust.
De tenders zijn toegekend aan de volgende bedrijven:
- Het consortium dat wordt aangestuurd rond EDF en Alstom heeft drie zones toegewezen gekregen:
Saint-Nazaire (Loire-Atlantique),
Courseulles-sur-Mer (Calvados) en
Fécamp (Seine-Maritime)
- Het consortium rond Iberdrola en Areva heeft de tender voor de zone Saint-Brieuc toegewezen gekregen
- De tender voor de zone Le Tréport is niet toegekend. Voor deze tender had zich slechts één kandidaat gemeld, het consortium geleid door GDF.

De Franse minister van industrie Eric Besson, heeft aangekondigd dat er dit jaar een nieuwe ronde tenders voor windmolens op zee zal komen. De windmolens zullen een totale capaciteit van 3.000 megawatt hebben.

Valorisatie Frankrijk: CNRS verkoopt 1.000 octrooien voor spotprijs

Het Franse publieke onderzoeksinstituut CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) kondigde in november 2011 aan dat het een kwart van zijn octrooien - z'on 1.000 van de 4.500 - voor een symbolisch bedrag aan innovatieve MKB's zal verkopen. Het gaat dan om enkele duizenden euros per patent.
Het doel is tweeledig: ten eerste de valorisatie van het onderzoek en ten tweede een intensiever gebruik van de octrooien door MKB's. Op dit moment wordt 60 procent van de CNRS-vindingen door industriëlen naar de markt gebracht en maar 10 procent door MKB's. Hierin wil het publieke onderzoeksinstituut verandering brengen om de positie van het Franse MKB op de internationale markt te verbeteren.
Voorwaarde bij de verkoop is dat de koper een R&D project van enkele maanden opzet in samenwerking met de CNRS-vestiging waar het patent is ontwikkeld. De CNRS-vestiging biedt daarbij een soort 'after-sales service' om de vinding aan de behoeften van het bedrijf aan te passen. In 2010 heeft het CNRS 500 octrooien gedeponeerd - 30 procent meer dan het jaar ervoor.
