Within the Framework of the Horizon 2020 Transport Information Day (5 November 2015, Brussels), the project ETNA Plus is organizing a networking and brokerage event - jointly supported by ETNA plus and Enterprise Europe Network - focusing on the topics covered by the Transport Work Programme 2016-2017, for which a call will be published in October 2015. The networking and brokerage event will take place in the afternoon, following the informational sessions carried out by the European Commission in the morning.

H2020 Transport Information Day and Brokerage Event

• Transport Information Day: November 5th , 9.00 – 14.45
• Brokerage event: November 5th, 15.00 - 18.00

Within the framework of the brokerage event, participants looking for partners will have the opportunity to present their organizations and ideas for project proposals in 2 different ways:

• In the form of a brief oral presentation (3 minutes max.), using templates specially designed for this purpose.
• By participating in bilateral meetings (max. 20 minutes)

Focus
The event will focus on the topics included in the 2016 Transport Work Programme and will foster the creation of consortia for the upcoming Horizon 2020 Transport calls:

• MOBILITY FOR GROWTH: Aviation, Waterborne, Safety, Urban Mobility, Logistics, Intelligent Transport System, ITS, Socio-economic and Behavioural Research
• AUTOMATED ROAD TRANSPORT
• GREEN VEHICLES

All companies, universities and researchers in the Transport domain from Europe are invited to attend!

Participation in the brokerage event is free of charge. However, ETNA Plus requests all participants to register for the event ONLINE, using the registration system. The registration Deadline for the networking and brokerage event is the 5th of October 2015.

In de Internationaliseringsmonitor 2015, gepubliceerd door het Centraal Bureau van de Statistiek, staan innovatie en internationalisering centraal. Innovatie is een belangrijke aanjager van economische groei en welvaart. Niet alleen blijken internationaal actieve bedrijven vaker te innoveren dan bedrijven zonder internationale activiteiten, ook geven ze meer geld uit aan innovatie. In deze publicatie onder meer de volgende bevindingen:

• De R&D-uitgaven van bedrijven en instellingen bedroegen in 2013 circa 12,7 miljard euro.
• Nederland stond in 2013 op de 9e plek van meest R&D-intensieve landen in de EU; net onder het Europesegemiddelde.
• Bedrijven in buitenlandse eigendom geven gemiddeld 70 procent meer uit aan R&D dan vergelijkbare Nederlandse bedrijven.

Het hebben of doen van innovaties is een belangrijke verklaring voor productiviteitsverschillen tussen exporteurs en niet-exporteurs. Vrijhandelsakkoord met Vietnam
Europese exporteurs en investeerders hebben straks makkelijker toegang tot de Vietnamese markt, die ruim 90 miljoen consumenten telt. De Europese Unie en Vietnam hebben hiervoor op 4 augustus een akkoord bereikt, dat de komende maanden wordt uitgewerkt. Bent u actief in de (water-)bouwbranche? Dan liggen er kansen voor u in Duitsland. Op het Duitse eiland Fehmarn in de Oostzee zijn grote infrastructurele werkzaamheden gepland. Zoals de aanleg van havens, strekdammen, promenades, kades en straten en de bouw van vakantiehuizen en een hotel met faciliteiten voor vakantiegangers. Brokerage Event – R.ACE, Luxe In Green 6th October 2015, Dijon, FRANCE

Next October 6th, will take place in Dijon the R.ACE - Luxe In Green event 2015, the 1st European event dedicated to BIO-BASED MATERIALS IN LUXURY.
During this business event participants will meet the challenges of combining through bio-based materials: technical performance, eco-design while being economically viable.
In the framework of the conferences, a business to business (B2B) matchmaking is arranged by Enterprise Europe Network through CCI Bourgogne (Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and other European and local business support organisations.
