During their stay, the delegation met representatives of leading organisations in the electric mobility sector, such as E-laad (Knowledge and Innovation Centre for the electric charging infrastructure in Netherlands), RVO (Dutch Business Agency), GreenFlux (Electric mobility manager), Emodz (Systems development for electric mobility) and Heliox (electric bus charging systems), with whom they exchanged experiences and points of view on the development and future evolution of the sector.

The visit was rounded off with guided visits and tours through Lombok district in Utrecht, equipped with smart charging systems, and the excellent infrastructures of the Automotive Campus and the Universities, among which their laboratories and the workshops of the electric motorbike and vehicle competition teams in Delft, Eindhoven and Helmond can be highlighted, as well as electric bike charging systems using solar panels, opportunity charging prototypes for electric buses and the Green Village, a living-lab to demonstrate and optimise technologies focusing on sustainability.
Sidenote:

EVS30 is the industry meeting point for the entire electromobility industry. In 2017 Stuttgart turns into the world capital of integrated electromobility and thus an international highlight: for the first and only time f-cell and BATTERY+STORAGE complement the international renowned Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition (EVS30). On the agenda are not only power trains, electromobility solutions and their infrastructure, but also stationary applications and smart solutions as part of a digital overall system. Materials and components topics will also be discussed. Thereby the main focus of attention lies with batteries, fuel cells and hydrogen as one of the most important energy storage solution of the future.
Attending this B2B event will give you easy access to key industry drivers and researchers, interested in shaping the sustainable energy and transport economy of tomorrow. At this occasion, the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) in cooperation with the State Agency for Electric Mobility and Fuel Cell Technology Baden-Wuerttemberg, e-mobil BW, Messe Stuttgart, Peter Sauber Agentur Messen und Kongresse GmbH and Steinbeis 2i GmbH organise a Matchmaking Event which offers business contacts to industry and research in the fields of sustainable transport and energy technologies from all across the world.
