Marktdag biopolymeren 9 oktober Zwolle, Durables en industriële toepassingen

Maak kennis met biokunststoffen en –additieven

Met het oog op een groene economie en een duurzame toekomst neemt de vraag naar hernieuwbare grondstoffen alsmaar toe. Producenten en verwerkers kunnen hier niet langer omheen. Wilt u weten:
- welke nieuwe biopolymeren er op de markt zijn?
- wat ze voor uw product en proces kunnen betekenen?
- welke biomaterialen u kunt gebruiken in uw eigen product?

Kom dan naar de marktdag biopolymeren, waar vraag en aanbod op het gebied van biobased en bioafbreekbare polymeren samenkomen.

Verwerkers van (thermoplastische) kunststoffen en producenten van (industriële) producten, die geïnteresseerd zijn in de huidige toepassingsmogelijkheden en eigenschappen van biopolymeren.

Indonesisch bedrijfsleven neemt bio-energie serieus, kans voor Nederlandse ondernemers

Een tweedaagse workshop over hernieuwbare energiebronnen met een indrukwekkende opkomst: extra bewijs dat het bedrijfsleven in Indonesië de uitdaging van bio-energie serieus neemt. Meer dan zestig deelnemers kwamen naar Jakarta om te leren over de toekomst van bio-energie in hun land en over de mogelijkheden die dit bedrijven biedt.



Bio-energie als gat in de markt

De bijeenkomst werd gehouden door de Nederlandse Ambassade in samenwerking met Agentschap NL en het Indonesische Ministerie van Energie en Grondstoffen (MEMR). Kansen op de markt voor hernieuwbare energiebronnen was het thema, met speciale aandacht voor biomassa.

Nieuwe wetgeving opent deur voor BV NL

De Indonesische regering heeft onlangs vrij verstrekkende wetgeving aangenomen die de markt voor bio-energie en andere hernieuwbare bronnen tot leven moet brengen. Het evenement was ook bedoeld om mogelijke samenwerking te stimuleren tussen Nederlandse en Indonesische bedrijven. Deelnemers waren dan ook afkomstig uit de publieke en private sectoren van de beide landen.

Follow-up
Als follow-up zal Agentschap NL de resultaten en bevindingen aan de deelnemers sturen, als ook werken aan een platform om samenwerkingen te kunnen lanceren.

Meer rendement uit biovergisters dankzij Gronings-Friese uitvinding

Het Groningse bedrijf Bioclear heeft samen met het Friese Ekwadraat een biogasinstallatie ontwikkeld die veel rendabeler is dan huidige vergisters. Door het gebruik van enzymen kan de Greenstep, zoals de innovatieve vergister genoemd is, ongeveer twintig procent meer groen gas winnen uit grondstoffen als mest, mais, bietenpuntjes en ander organisch materiaal.
De Greenstep, waar de beide noordelijke bedrijven de afgelopen twee jaar aan hebben gewerkt, is er op gericht dat boeren zelf goedkoop enzymen kunnen maken. Die kunnen de vergisting beter op gang krijgen dan bacteriën, die nu vooral worden gebruikt. Het maken van deze enzymen was voordat de Greenstep werd ontwikkeld erg lastig en daardoor voor veel boeren te duur. Daarnaast zorgt het hogere rendement ervoor dat de aanschafprijs van 100.000 euro veel sneller kan worden terugverdiend.

Om de Greenstep op de markt te brengen, is het bedrijf Greenmove Technologies opgericht. De verwachting is dat al op korte termijn tientallen vergistingsinstallaties in Nederland aan de man zullen worden gebracht en dat er honderden Greensteps hun weg naar het buitenland zullen vinden.
